Diagnosis

Malar space narrow, HE/MS= 11.7 in female, 7.8 in male; posterolateral pronotum with a longitudinal groove; hind tibial spur elongate, 0.6X as long as hind tarsus; ventral surface of costal cell with a few hairs in distal 1/2. Similar to coruscus, differs through: frons with strong reticulation; head less transverse (0.7X as high as wide); malar space narrower, ratio HE/MO= 11.7; hind tibial spur predominantly dark brown, pale only at base, 10X as long as width of base; ventral surface of costal cell with hairs.
